    Disappointed with the service once I ordered the shed and wrote my deposit. 1) I was told it would take 4-6 weeks, it took 8 - not a huge deal. 2) My first visit to the store in Ashland, I met with Rodney. We went over what I wanted and he gave me a handwritten quote. I went home and decided to move forward with the unit. I went back into the store the next day and met with Chip. I gave him Rodney's quote and he told me Rodney figured the pricing incorrectly - it was too low. He refigured the quote with a higher price (I let that go). I walked him out to the lot to show him the color shed I wanted and he wrote up the order form. His mistake, he marked the wrong color for the shed, my mistake (after being there for 45 minutes), I failed to read each line item and signed off on the incorrect color. He had the trim and the wall colors switched. One Sunday morning I got a call stating the shed was in and could they deliver it right then. I said no, I was not prepared. From there I called Rodney back numerous times, only to get his voicemail each time. His message tells you his voicemail is full and he is really busy. He is only one person and doing the best he can. He will see your phone number and call back. He never did. Ultimately, I got in touch with him and we had the shed delivered by Rodney himself. Upon arrival I noticed it was the wrong color. He installed the shed and called me back the next morning to tell me the shed matched the order. I told him, I was confident I asked for yellow - not white and I was sure we both made a mistake - they checked the wrong color, and I failed to read what I signed. He became frustrated with me and told me I needed to talk to Chip (since he wrote the order form). I asked if Chip had the authority to make any decision to rectify the situation since he was not the owner. Rodney said yes he did. Chip called me, I explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to give me a gallon of paint and I would repaint the shed. Chip said that sounded fair, but he would need to ask Rodney. I assured him Rodney said he had authority. Chip laughed and said he does not have authority. He called back and told me Rodney would not give me a gallon of paint so I could paint the shed. All in all - very poor customer service. I admit - I did not read the contract. But they also failed to mark the right color after we walked to the back of the lot to see the color I wanted. I thought my request was reasonable. Construction of the shed is great.
